Order Preparation

Orders for in-stock products are prepared within an estimated 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Pre-order Products

Some items may be available for pre-order. The estimated shipping date will be indicated on each product page. This date is an estimate and may be subject to change due to production, logistics, or transportation issues beyond RIAZ's control. By placing a pre-order, the customer accepts these conditions.


Orders with In-Stock and Pre-Order Products

If an order contains in-stock products along with pre-order products, RIAZ may make a single shipment once all items are available for dispatch.

If the customer wishes to receive the available products first, they must place separate orders.

National and International Shipping

At RIAZ, we ship to Spain and a selection of international destinations.

🏝️ Balearic Islands

  • Standard shipping: €6.99.

🇮🇨 Canary Islands, 🇪🇦 Ceuta and 🇪🇦 Melilla

  • Standard shipping: €9.99.
  • Free shipping on orders over €80.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days.

Orders shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla may be subject to taxes, fees, or customs clearance charges, which will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Standard shipping: €14.99.
  • Free shipping on orders over €150.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

  • Standard shipping: €14.99.

🇺🇸 United States, 🇨🇦 Canada, 🇦🇺 Australia, and 🇳🇿 New Zealand

  • Standard shipping: €19.99.
  • Free shipping on orders over €200.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, or handling charges established by the authorities of the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or the shipping costs paid to RIAZ.

  • Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by holidays, carrier incidents, or customs procedures.
  • Orders are prepared with the utmost care to ensure that each item arrives in perfect condition.

Order Tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number to check the status of their shipment.

Address Modification

If you need to modify the delivery address, you must contact RIAZ as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it will not be possible to make changes.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that all data provided during the purchase is correct. RIAZ is not responsible for delays or incidents arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Recipient Absence

If the carrier cannot complete delivery due to repeated absence of the recipient, the order may be deposited at a collection point or returned to the sender according to the carrier's conditions.

Orders Returned to Sender

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or inability to deliver attributable to the customer, the customer will be responsible for the costs corresponding to a new shipment.

High Demand Periods

During special campaigns, launches, promotions, Black Friday, Christmas, or other periods of high activity, preparation and delivery times may be extended. In these cases, RIAZ will do everything possible to keep the customer informed.
