Returns and Exchange Policy
Right of withdrawal
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return, in accordance with current regulations.
Conditions for accepting returns
For a return to be accepted, items must be in perfect condition, show no signs of use, and retain all their original elements. Whenever possible, they should be returned in their original packaging.
Return costs will be borne by the customer.
How to request a return
To initiate a return, you must first contact RIAZ through the contact methods indicated on the website, providing your order number. Once the request is approved, you will receive the necessary instructions for shipping.
International Returns
Returns of orders shipped outside of Spain will be subject to the same conditions and deadlines established in this policy.
Return costs from the destination country to our facilities will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products, those damaged during transport, or those sent by mistake by RIAZ.
Customs duties, import taxes, administrative fees, or any other costs generated during the return of an international order will not be refundable by RIAZ and, if incurred, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once the returned items have been received and reviewed, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. The amount will be credited within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the validation of the return, although the process is usually completed sooner.
RIAZ reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned items have been received and verified.
Exchanges
RIAZ offers the possibility of exchanging items for others. If the new item has a higher value, the customer must pay the corresponding difference. If the new item has a lower value, the difference will be credited via a gift voucher with no expiry date for use on future purchases at RIAZ.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of the request.
Earrings
For hygiene and health protection reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned, except in case of manufacturing defect or shipping error.
Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a defective item or an item different from the one ordered, please contact RIAZ as soon as possible, and preferably within 7 days of receiving the order. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution at no additional cost to the customer where applicable.
Promotions and gifts
If an order includes a promotional product, gift, or free item associated with a campaign, that product must be returned along with the rest of the order. Otherwise, its value may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Discounted Orders
Refunds will be issued for the amount actually paid by the customer. Discounts, promotions, or benefits obtained that are not part of the finally paid amount will not be refunded.
Partial Returns
If a partial return causes the order to no longer meet the conditions for a promotion, discount, or free shipping, RIAZ may adjust the refund amount to reflect the loss of such benefits.
